Shipping Rates and Methods
Vogenor offers free shipping to our customers all over the world. We use courier services of DHL, UPS and FedEx with package tracking information.

The average delivery time within Europe is 1 to 3 business days. In countries outside Europe, delivery time is 5 to 7 business days.

Occassional delivery delays can occur because of unforseen circumstances. We would like to request you to bear with us in such rare instances.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
Customs operations are managed with the selected freight provider customs agency for relevant shipments

Customs, Duties, Taxes, tariffs, fees may be imposed on your order during or after shipping in your country. The responsibilty to pay the same to the freighter company will lie with the customer.
